pdf: compact file for reading
pdf book: for printing as a half-sized booklet on 8 X 10 standard paper.
To print, print the first spread (double) page, then return it to the printer and print the next spread on the other side. Continue until all 16 double pages are printed. Fold in half. Printed booklet may be stapled near the fold, or saddle-stitch stapled at the middle inside fold (need long stapler).
